Please do not email us your photo

We designed this tool so that your photo never reaches us, and we would like to keep it that way. If the editor is misbehaving, describe what happened rather than attaching the image. Browser, device, whether the source was a phone or a camera, and what the tool did versus what you expected is almost always enough to reproduce a problem.

What we cannot do

We cannot pre-approve a photo or tell you whether a specific file will be accepted. Only the issuing authority can do that, and their decision involves factors beyond the file, including whether your appearance has changed since your last document. If the editor reports every requirement as met, you have done what is within your control.

We also cannot advise on your immigration case by email. That needs a proper look at your circumstances, which is what the free consultation is for.

Response times

We are a small team. Specification corrections and bug reports are usually answered within a few business days. Immigration enquiries booked through the consultation link are handled on the immigration team's own schedule, which is faster.
